A. Merchant Information

When you install the App, we automatically access certain information from your Shopify account via official Shopify APIs:

• Store Domain & Basic Info: Your myshopify domain name and store identifier.
• App Configuration Settings: Preferences you set in the App dashboard (e.g., agreement wording, link URLs, targeting rules, styling options).

B. End-Customer Information

We do not collect, process, or store any personal data from your store's end-customers.

• The terms agreement checkbox functions directly on the storefront within the customer's browser session.
• Customer names, email addresses, billing/shipping details, and payment credentials are never transmitted to our servers or stored in our databases.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal information collected strictly for the following purposes:

• To authenticate store owners and maintain active app sessions.
• To save, update, and apply your preferred terms checkbox settings across your store theme.
• To verify active billing subscriptions or one-time license states via Shopify's Billing API.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third-party marketing or analytics services. Information is shared only with:

• Shopify: To ensure seamless authentication, billing verification, and theme extension functionality.
